Charity Cooke is President of Atlantic Appraisal Service, Inc.. Her appraisal career started in 1997 while attending East Carolina University.

Charity is a member of  the Appraisal Institute.  She is a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.

Charity has participated in numerous appraisal seminars as well as broker/appraiser roundtables. She is frequently asked to speak to groups of peers regarding appraisal topics.

Since founding Atlantic Appraisal Service, Inc. in 2001, Charity has prepared a number of appraisal reports for mortgage, refinance, prelisting, home equity, home improvement, divorce, trust, and estate purposes.
